I had mixed feelings about my stay at Kronborg Inn. On one hand, the charming decor and comfortable bedding made for a pleasant atmosphere. but the customer service left much to be desired. I struggled to get help when I had issues with dirty linens and a lack of wifi information. Overall, it felt like the hotel had great potential, yet the experience was marred by poor communication and cleanliness issues.
